What does GSN mean in SOCIETIES

The Geological Society of Nevada (GSN) is an organization dedicated to advancing the geosciences by uniting earth science professionals and providing resources for their shared research, education, and professional development.

Membership in GSN is open to any person interested in the advancement of knowledge in the Earth sciences by means of research, publication, application, teaching or other activity related to these disciplines.

In order to join GSN as a member you must be sponsored by at least one current member. Additionally, applicants must submit a signed membership form along with payment for dues or have accepted sponsorship from current members who have paid dues on behalf of potential members.
