What does GKC mean in UNCLASSIFIED

The Great Kindness Challenge is a national campaign held annually to motivate children, teens, and adults around the world to complete acts of kindness. Its goal is to promote kindness and spread positivity in schools, communities, businesses, and online.

The challenge is open to anyone from any age group or background. It encourages individuals to work together and organize their own activities such as student clubs, workplace diversity initiatives or even neighborhood programs.

The challenge usually takes place during the first week of January each year for one week. However, it can be easily adapted to fit any time frame or framework throughout the year.

There are several ways you can get involved in the challenge. Each task has specific instructions that must be followed in order for it to count towards completion of that task. Make sure you read each task’s description carefully before you begin!

You do not need a team or group of people in order to participate in this challenge - individuals are welcome too! However, having friends nearby would make some tasks easier (such as Smile at 25 People) so it’s recommended if possible.

Although there are no tangible rewards associated with completing tasks, there are several intangible benefits that come with participating in this challenge such as improving relationships with peers/colleagues or feeling happier about oneself due to increased self-esteem after completing kind deeds for others. Additionally, many organizations offer certificates/awards upon completion of certain challenges!

The duration of the Great Kindness Challenge usually lasts from one week up until six weeks depending on how often activities occur and how large of an audience is participating. However, participants may continue performing kind acts beyond that timeframe if they choose!
