What does FTAC mean in UNCLASSIFIED

FTAC provides a variety of services including training and advocacy for families in need. FTAC works with families to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities in areas such as health care, education, employment, finance management, parenting skills, housing assistance and more.

FTAC can assist you by providing access to resources that may help address your individual needs. Depending on your circumstances — such as homelessness, a family crisis or other difficult situation — we will work with you to identify the best course of action that fits your current needs.

In some cases our clients are eligible for state or federal funding under the Family Self Sufficiency program. This helps families achieve economic self-sufficiency and gain access to additional resources such as job training programs or subsidized housing.

Yes! We offer counseling services for individuals and couples looking to build stronger relationships within the family unit. Our services also extend beyond marriage counseling — we are here to help individuals identify potential barriers standing between them and their goals so they can work towards real solutions.

If you would like to become involved with FTAC there are several ways you can do so. You can join our volunteer network which provides opportunities for skill-building in different areas; become a board member or donor; participate in our fundraising events; or raise awareness of our work through outreach initiatives in your community.
