Yes, each player is required to pay a yearly registration fee which covers administrative costs such as field maintenance and referee fees. In addition, some teams may incur additional costs for uniforms or extra training sessions.

Where does my child play games?
Depending on the age group, games can be played at any number of locations throughout the Tampa Bay area including schools, parks, or specialized soccer complexes. Check your team's schedule for specific locations and times.
Does my child have to wear a uniform?
Yes, each team has its own designated uniforms that players must wear during each game and practice session. Uniforms may vary depending on age group but consist of basic items such as jerseys shirts, shorts, socks, and cleats (if needed).
Are there tournaments available?
Yes! Throughout the season teams may have opportunities to enter tournament competitions at different levels (local leagues up to US Club level) depending on age group/level of competition chosen by their coach/team manager. Additionally clubs in our league may host annual tournaments themselves involving teams from other areas or states within their region.
Does my coach need special qualifications?
All coaches involved in FSSL are highly qualified individuals ranging from former professional players to experienced trainers who have attended seminars/workshops aimed at improving coaching techniques as well as educational guidelines provided by US Youth Soccer Association's Grassroots Introduction Course (GIC).
