What does FSCP mean in CITIES

The Future Saudi Cities Programme (FSCP) is a major initiative developed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to modernise its cities and towns. The programme seeks to create vibrant, safe and sustainable places for communities across the country to live, work and play.
