What does FLAME mean in UNCLASSIFIED

The primary goal of FLAME is to empower minorities by helping them develop their leadership skills, aptitude, and network in order to increase their potential for success in their chosen field or career.

Anyone from any minority group—including individuals who identify as African-American, Latinx, Native American, LGBTQ+, disabled or first-generation Americans—that wishes to further their leadership skills and professional development are welcome to join the FLAME movement.

Joining the FLAME movement involves signing up online on their official website where you will be asked information pertaining to your background, experience and goals related to your development as a leader. Once you have signed up, you'll be able to access resources such as webinars workshops, mentorship programs and more that are all designed with the intention of facilitating your growth as a leader in society.

Participating in this initiative will give you access to an extensive network of successful professionals who are willing to help mentor you and provide assistance when needed throughout your journey towards becoming an effective leader. You'll also have the opportunity to attend events hosted by local chapters aimed at developing your connection within these communities which will serve as another great resource for growing professionally and personally.
