What Is FIM

The Fellowship International Mission (FIM) was founded in 2014 as an effort to mobilize churches and individuals around a united global mission strategy. As an organization, FIM seeks to equip missionaries with life-long resources and training for their unique field so that they can effectively share the Good News of Jesus Christ around the globe. Through donations from supporters, FIM is able to provide years of comprehensive support for missionaries who are willing to sacrifice themselves in order to bring the love of Christ into areas where it has never before been seen or heard.

What It Does

FIM's mission is divided into three distinct arms: church planting, disciple-making, and global missions outreach (GMO). Church planting involves team-based outreach efforts in rural villages throughout various nations in order to plant vibrant and sustainable churches. Once established, those local churches are further supported by lasting partnership relationships between home-based churches and FIM’s overseas partners; as such, FIM encourages churches from various cultures across countries to work together in raising up pastors and elders who can lead these newly formed congregations. In addition to church planting initiatives, communities are also empowered by disciple making efforts which involve providing pastoral training, bible teaching seminars, mentoring workshops and small group fellowship programs throughout remote regions. Finally, GMO works on mobilizing resources both within communities or abroad for short term projects such as evangelism outreaches or humanitarian aid campaigns during times of crisis or natural disaster relief.
