The Forest Grove School District was established in 1862, when Oregon became the 33rd state of the United States. From then on, FGSD has been providing quality education to thousands of students throughout western Oregon’s Washington County. As of 2017, FGSD consists of 11 schools with more than 6,000 students enrolled in grades K-12.
