What does AEMC mean in MANUFACTURING

AEMC stands for American Energy and Manufacturing Competitiveness. It is a program initiated by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to accelerate innovation, investment, job creation and economic growth in energy and manufacturing technologies.

AEMC's core objectives are to promote a strong U.S.-based energy economy; secure American competitiveness in energy production, storage and usage; enable access to affordable clean energy; foster sustainable economic growth in the U.S.; stimulate technological innovation in energy efficiency, renewable sources, traditional fuels, advanced nuclear technology, electricity generation equipment; improve the performance of existing infrastructure; develop an extensive workforce capable of optimizing the utilization of new technologies; provide jobs with livable wages; attract investments from domestic entities as well as from international players; protect public health through cleaner air; reduce carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere for mitigating climate change risks associated with global warming.
