What does DGQ mean in SOCIETIES

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität (DGQ - German Society for Quality) is a non-profit association whose mission is to promote quality in both society and business. It does this by providing management systems, certification schemes and standards setting, as well as offering advice and training to businesses of all sizes.

DGQ offers a broad range of services including management system certification, ISO standards implementation and compliance, consultation on lean operations, risk management, quality assurance, auditing processes, and performance improvement advice. In addition they also provide training on various topics such as project management, data protection law, environmental protection law and consumer rights law.

Yes! Each year DKG offers internship opportunities ranging from 3 months up to 12 months duration within its offices located around Germany. All internships are unpaid positions however housing assistance may be available upon request subject to availability within locations where it operates offices. Furthermore volunteers are occasionally needed with various tasks so if interested please send your CV via email indicating your field of interest or skill set you possess relevant to our activities.

No! Although all communication with members will be conducted primarily in German fluency in that language is not necessary when applying for membership or volunteering/interning positions at DKG since English capability among staff members allows communication without language barriers.
