In addition to traditional psychotherapy treatments we also offer Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills training groups which provide additional strategies to manage emotions more effectively including mindfulness practice activities incorporated into weekly therapy sessions depending on the needs/goals identified by your clinician.
