CTTSN stands for Communications Technician (Technical Branch) Seaman. It is a rating within the United States Navy responsible for operating and maintaining communication electronics, computers, and networks.

A CTTSN would be responsible for installing, programming, configuring, testing, repairing and replacing communications systems. They would also have to operate and maintain communication electronics, computers and networks.
