We analyze tumor DNA obtained from bone marrow or peripheral blood samples as well as germline DNA obtained via blood samples or saliva swabs in order to identify gene mutations associated with various forms of leukemia. We also conduct whole exome sequencing which sequences all protein coding regions (exons) of the genome looking for novel mutations not previously associated with leukemia.
