Colorado Integrated Care Network (CICN) is a consortium of medical providers that work together to improve the quality of care for Medicaid recipients in Colorado. It is an organized system of collaborative care that combines primary care, specialty care, mental health services, and other services to provide comprehensive, coordinated healthcare for those who are eligible.

In order to be eligible for the CICN, you must meet certain criteria established by the state of Colorado. These criteria include being enrolled in Medicaid, having a qualifying disability or chronic condition, and living in an underserved area of the state where access to healthcare may be limited.

You may use your benefits through CICN as often as necessary within limits set by state guidelines and/or when authorized by doctors or other licensed professionals qualified to provide such authorization. Yes! Whenever possible we encourage members to remain with their existing provider but if desired members can switch providers anytime they feel it would be beneficial for their specific healthcare requirements.
