What does CFF mean in FEDERATION

The Cat Fanciers' Federation (CFF) is an international organization that seeks to promote health, welfare, and responsible ownership of cats through educational programs and local and international cat breed associations.

To become a member of CFF, you must be affiliated with one of our recognized local or international cat breed associations. You will then need to submit an application form along with payment for membership fees. Once approved by the board of directors, your membership will begin immediately.
