What does CCMP mean in MATHEMATICS

The Central California Mathematics Project (CCMP) is a partnership between mathematics faculty, K-12 teachers and administrators, and other professionals in mathematics education. The CCMP strives to improve mathematics teaching and learning, especially in the areas of algebra and statistics. It provides professional development opportunities for educators, partnerships with school districts to increase student achievement in mathematics, and math-related resources.

The CCMP provides a variety of resources including classroom materials, online courses, workshops and seminars, research projects, professional development resources, consultation services, and grant writing training. All these resources are designed to help educators promote active learning experiences for their students.
