What does ADCA mean in ASSOCIATIONS

The Association of Directors of Communal Agencies (ADCA) is a professional association for individuals working in local and regional government across Europe. It represents the interests of these individuals by promoting and developing best practice in communal management, encouraging collaboration between members and providing them with access to a wide range of resources.
