Accu-Grade is a highly accurate grading system used on construction sites to prepare levels, find cut & fill volumes, and verify adjustable platform performance. The system uses grade sensors, laser transmitters, and ruggedized receivers to achieve accuracy of up to 1/10th of one inch.

Accu-Grade works by using the sensors located on the grade machine to measure the elevation of the ground in real time. The information collected is then sent to the laser transmitter which produces a beam that is picked up by the ruggedized receivers. This gives an accurate profile of the surface with an accuracy range of up to 1/10th of one inch.

There are many benefits to using Accu-Grade including increased efficiency on site due to its precise measurements and faster completion times for projects due to its high accuracy. Additionally, it allows for better monitoring over construction sites so issues can be identified and addressed quickly and accurately before they become major problems down the line.

Generally any type of motor grader or dozer equipped with grade control technology will be compatible with Accu-Grade. Additionally, some types of hydraulic excavator or tractor may be retrofitted with an appropriate grade control system in order to use it together with Accu-Grade.

Accuracy varies depending on several factors such as soil conditions and equipment utilized, but when calibrated correctly, results can be as precise as 1/10th of one inch (2mm).
