The CBH is a reserve infantry regiment of the Canadian army that has its headquarters located in Sydney, Nova Scotia on Canada’s east coast. It belongs to 36 Canadian Brigade Group of 4th Canadian Division and serves to protect not only Cape Breton but also the entirety of Canada's Atlantic coast.
