If your answer is “a lot” then chances are that there is already good levels of spirit present - however if you find yourselves rushing through tasks without enjoying them then it may be time to build up some morale!

Absolutely! There are lots of fun activities you can do outside of work that help promote better group relationships such as going out for lunch together or organizing social events like BBQs or pub nights where everyone can let off some steam and have fun getting to know each other better.
