What does WISH mean in WORKSHOPS

The primary focus of the workshop is on innovative technologies that can improve patient outcomes and experience through interactive systems such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and other forms of digital health solutions. Other topics may include but are not limited to data privacy and security, healthcare regulations and more.

Attending the WISH Conference are people from many different backgrounds including clinicians, researchers, engineers, entrepreneurs, regulators as well as healthcare providers.

Events typically include keynote speeches from industry leaders along with paper presentations from accepted authors who present new research in this field. Panel discussions related to emerging trends in this area are also held during these conferences.

The conference usually takes place once a year although some years depending on demand there may be additional smaller workshops taking place around the same time.

Participation can be done by submitting a paper or presentation abstract for review by the conference committee. If accepted then you can present your work during one of the keynote events or panel discussions. Alternatively you can also attend as a guest simply to learn more about current topics related to interactive systems in healthcare settings.
