What does EDRD mean in

The Economic Development and Reform Dialogue (EDRD) is a yearly event that focuses on discussions about economic policies in China. This dialogue enables Chinese leaders to engage with representatives from various sectors of society, including the business world, civil society, and academia, in order to discuss new initiatives for growth and development in China’s economy.

The EDRD is attended by delegates from both the public and private sector including high-level government officials, entrepreneurs, academics, industry experts, think-tank experts, NGO representatives and members of the international community.

The EDRD usually takes place annually in June or July at varying locations across China. This year’s meeting was held from June 8th to 9th in Beijing.
