The works must have had significant exposure either internationally or locally in their respective country of origin.
Are non-Arab filmmakers allowed to participate?
No, only filmmakers from Arab countries may submit their works for consideration. Non-Arab filmmakers can still watch or attend the awards ceremony but will not be eligible for recognition on this platform.
What types of films and television programs are considered worthy of being nominated?
All feature films and documentaries produced by Arab filmmakers are eligible for submission as well as TV drama series produced in Arabic with episodes no shorter than 50 minutes per episode. Music videos, reality shows, game shows and animated projects will not be considered eligible.
How do I make a submission to enter into the competition?
