What does IGB mean in GOLF

Italian Golf Buddies (IGB) is an online community for Italian golfers looking to meet new people, play tournaments, and discuss their favorite courses and tips. In order to become a member of IGB, you must fill out an application form available on our website. A decision regarding whether or not you are accepted into the group will be made by the board of directors within two weeks after submitting your application.

Yes - there is a one-time fee of €50 for all new members upon signing up which covers your annual membership dues. This fee covers administrative costs associated with running the organization. After joining, members must then pay additional yearly dues based on how long they have been in the group (every three years you will be required to renew).

Yes - like all sports there are certain rules that must be followed during our events including dress code regulations and etiquette while playing alongside other players during rounds of golf. Our ruleset also includes provisions against cheating/tampering with equipment or scorecards during gameplay.

Unfortunately no – while we invite non members to participate in many events hosted by Italy Golf Buddies; only paid members have access allowed inside tournaments – this ensures fairness amongst competitors who are all contributing money towards keeping the organization alive.
