What does ANCOM mean in

Anarcho-Communism is a form of anarchism which advocates for the creation of a decentralized, stateless society in which goods and services are shared communally and where production is to meet the needs of the people rather than for profit. This form of anarchism is rooted in Marxist principles such as egalitarianism and anti-authoritarianism, but rejects any idea of a hierarchical power structure or centralized government.

Anarcho-Communism typically supports forms of socialism, such as cooperation among co-ops, mutual aid societies, or through dismantling state power and creating a horizontal system based on self-governance. It also opposes capitalist models that rely on wage slavery or exploitation of resources for profit.

By having no centralized government in an Anarcho-Communist society it means that there’s no higher authority with absolute power over all individuals within the society. Instead, everyone works together to create decisions about laws, regulations and other matters democratically in a nonhierarchical manner with consensus being reached by majority rule without resorting to coercion or violence.

An individual’s security would be provided for by their own peers in surrounding communities who monitor potential threats from outside sources. Community defense organizations may patrol neighborhoods to prevent crime; those found guilty of misdemeanors may be subject to social censure from disobedience but never to physical punishment as this would be seen as Authoritarian behavior and rejected in an Anarcho-Communist context.

In an Anarcho-Communist economy resources would be managed by democratically elected councils made up of representatives accountable to their constituents. The councils would use the resources according to communal need while also taking into account environmental sustainability when possible. They may also practice mutual aid exchanges between communities so that resources can be used where they are needed most or redistributed according to decision taken by local assemblies based on need rather than market forces.

Private property is not allowed under an Anarcho-Communist system since its main aim is communal ownership and sharing of goods and services between citizens with no one person having exclusive control over any sort of resource. People may have personal possessions but these are not considered private property under this type of belief system and must remain accessible for communal use when necessary.

Money isn't part of an Anarcho-Communist economy since it implies inequality between those who have money and those who don't which goes against its core beliefs regarding egalitarianism and anti authoritarianism which states that everyone should have access to the same resources regardless of their wealth status or class position within the community.

Individuals within this type of society contribute labour through communal projects such as farming, construction, manufacturing etc., as well as volunteering at non profits or community organizations like schools, libraries or hospitals when needed without expecting any sort reward other than collective satisfaction.

Law functions differently in anarchist communities compared to conventional ones since they reject hierarchical structures typically imposed by law enforcement entities such as police forces or judges/courts instead using conflict mediation methods amongst citizens divided into syndicates (autonomous groups with specific roles). These syndicates determine how best conflicts should be resolved through consensus seeking procedures rather than punitive measures.

Women have always been important components behind various philosophical strands within anarchism but through anarchy communism specifically they strive towards equal rights regardless gender identity by advocating for free education initiatives aimed at girls/women's empowerment alongside greater access detailed knowledge concerning reproductive rights, occupational opportunities or cultural activities.
