What does DCSI mean in ACADEMIC & SCIENCE

DCSI (Dalhousie Computer Science In) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting computer science education in Dalhousie University and beyond. We organize events, workshops, and hackathons to foster a vibrant and inclusive community of computer science enthusiasts. We believe that everyone has the potential to learn and succeed in computer science, and we strive to create opportunities for all students to reach their full potential.

DCSI was founded in 2017 by a group of Dalhousie University students who were passionate about computer science education. Since then, we have grown into a thriving organization with over 100 members. We have organized a variety of events and activities, including workshops, hackathons, and guest lectures. We have also partnered with a number of organizations, including Dalhousie University, the Dalhousie Faculty of Computer Science, and Google.
