What does HBIC mean in HEALTHCARE

The Health and Behavior International Collaborative (HBIC) is a global research and implementation body that aims to improve well-being through interdisciplinary research projects, advocacy, and policy recommendations.

HBIC works with local partners in countries around the world to identify best practices for promoting physical, social, and mental health. It also engages in outreach activities such as public talks, workshops, symposia, conferences, and academic journal articles.

The HBIC works collaboratively with a variety of international organizations such as universities, non-profits, governments, corporations, advocacy groups and other experts from around the world.

The HBIC focuses on initiatives related to physical activity promotion; access to quality health care; nutrition education; health literacy; violence reduction; substance abuse prevention; youth empowerment programs; environmental awareness education; poverty alleviation; mental health promotion; stress management interventions; community development projects among other topics related to improving wellbeing.
