Political Learning Rational Network (PLRN) is a training and research consortium which focuses on the development of political knowledge, skills, competencies and resources needed for effective engagement in politics. PLRN brings together experienced practitioners, academics, opinion leaders, civil society organizations and political parties to discuss how best to manage the complex challenges of today’s globalized politics. The network also provides guidance to governments, foundations and other stakeholders about how to effectively engage in political learning initiatives.
