In order to ensure safety for spectators as well as players during games, we ask that parents do not stand directly behind their child's team while they are playing unless they have been invited by one of the coaches or referees on duty that day.

Practice times vary depending on your child's respective level but generally speaking most teams practice once a week during regular season (August - April). All teams may also attend seasonal optional practices which are held once per month.
