What does PCCS mean in SCHOOLS

Providence Classical Christian School (PCCS) is a classical, K-12 organization operating within the St. Cloud community. Our school's purpose is to provide quality education that nurtures and promotes racial diversity, critical thinking skills, and Christian values while preparing our students to be successful in higher education and their careers.

Interested families can visit our website or the Minnesota Department of Education website for an application. All applications are accepted through the Schoolmint website and reviewed by our Admissions Committee. Once accepted, families will be asked to complete registration forms and submit additional documentation for enrollment.

At this time, we do not offer bus transportation but provides a carpool option at no additional cost for parents needing assistance with getting children to and from school each day.

Our curriculum incorporates classical methodology with best practices in education in order to prepare students for success in college and their future career paths. We believe that learning should be student driven with teacher guidance promoting critical thinking skills while exposing students to diverse subject matters.

We offer core academic courses that cover areas such as language arts/literature, mathematics (PreK-12th grade), history/social studies (5th - 12th grade), science (4th —12th grade), Latin (7th -12th grade) physical education/health (3rd — 8th grade). Additionally we have several elective courses such as Art Appreciation & Art History; Music Theory & Music History; US Government & Economics; Theater & Speech Arts; Computer Science; Spanish; Bible Studies etc.

Yes! Both Before Care and After Care are available on campus Monday—Friday beginning 30 minutes prior to school start time until 30 minutes after dismissal time allowing parents flexibility with their schedules. A suggested fee applies per student per week depending on how many days they attend care services which must be paid via student MySchoolBucks accounts each month plus applicable fees if using credit cards as payment method.

Yes we do accept state educational funding either through direct deposits into family tuition accounts or via reimbursement checks once all required documents have been provided timely by families at each school year's end.

The school office is open from 7am - 3pm Monday— Friday during normal business operations with extended hours on applicable early release days from 7am — 5 pm.
