What does NEEV mean in ENVIRONMENTAL

NEEV stands for New Educational and Environmental Visions. It is an organization which works to bring together educational institutions with communities, governments, businesses and other stakeholders to create more sustainable and equitable learning and environmental experiences.

NEEV works to support, promote and embed sustainable educational practices in schools, universities, businesses and other learning settings. The organization promotes the use of innovative learning technologies that focus on environmental sustainability, equity and inclusion. Additionally, it provides resources to help teachers integrate into curriculum topics related to environment sustainability, global citizenship and civic agency.

The talented team at NEEV consists of experts with a range of backgrounds including education, environmental science, business management and communications amongst others.

NEEV focuses its efforts on creating innovative solutions for local environmental issues as well as working with global partners on larger scale initiatives. Projects include the development of interactive tools for community engagement around green spaces; promoting best practices in waste management among students; offering capacity building opportunities for local educators in developing countries; advocating for climate-friendly policies; leading campaigns against deforestation; facilitating research collaborations between different stakeholders; among many others.
