The laboratory conducts research in the fields of nanomaterials characterization, materials synthesis, materials processing, performance analysis and product development.

AMCL consists of faculty, staff, and students from various academic backgrounds specialised in materials science and engineering.

Yes! We offer a variety of courses and classes related to material characterization techniques. Classes are available for graduate as well as undergraduate students.

Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and tools used for material characterization such as scanning electron microscope (SEM), atomic force microscope (AFM), x-ray diffraction (XRD) spectrometer, optical microscopy (OM) etc.
