History

FBDC was originally established as Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation in 2006 by then-President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. Since then, it has grown into a highly autonomous yet government-linked entity governed by a Board of Directors who act as partners in ensuring public interest will be optimized through effective management practices. With its focus on creating economical growth and urban development within the Bonifacio City area, the FBDC has been dedicated to providing resources and programs that foster business success through collaborations between local businesses, private investors, and other stakeholders such as NGOs.

Mission

The FBDC's mission is to develop practical solutions for communities based on factors such as access to amenities like roads, utilities and health services; transparency; environmental protection; public safety; educational services; law enforcement; housing support; public transport systems; cultural diversity promotion;and job creation.
