What does ACF mean in FOOD & NUTRITION

The American Culinary Federation (ACF) is an educational organization that provides professional development and certification for chefs in the United States. No - anyone over 18 years old may join provided that they satisfy any applicable qualifications for certification (e.g. passing an exam administered by ACF). That said however; students between 14-17 years old may join but only with parental consent and all activities must remain supervised by either parent/guardian or another adult approved by them should they choose not attend any given event/activity themselves.

No – while we do strive to ensure our members have access to quality health care options at competitive rates through our partnerships with providers like Blue Cross Blue Shield; unfortunately health insurance coverage is not included within membership dues at this time.
